Do you know where the largest pool in the world? (Photos)

Throw a dip in the pool at the San Alfonso del Mar Resort in Chile could become a real marathon. The fact is that this complex has the world's largest swimming pool in the air, in length it measures 1000 meters, the equivalent of 20 Olympic swimming pools, each pool is 50 meters long.
It also has the Guinness record for the deepest in the world with 35 meters. The pool was opened in December 2006 after nearly five years of construction work, often delayed because the expenditures were $ 1.6 billion, reported Daily Mail
And above the initial cost, it takes 3.2 million dollars a year to keep it running.
 It uses a computer-controlled suction and filtration system to suck the ocean water and pump the other extreme, the water warms more than nine degrees at sea.
 The incredible size of the largest swimming pool are followed by another pool in Morocco, with only 150 meters long.

  1. Incredible! It is one of the works of man that should be assessed as it gives much use of natural resources such as water. They knew that the second largest pool in the world is in Panama?

  2. It's really asombosa this pool. It surely tri-fold practice all water sports because its size is very unusual. Spend the summer in that place must be paradise.
